Mr. Shivers is an energy industry visionary recognized for his patented technologies and practical solutions. He has over 35 years experience designing and managing complex platform projects in the Gulf of Mexico and the North Sea for Texaco and ATP Oil & Gas, for whom he managed their first deepwater project in the Gulf of Mexico. He holds over 30 US patents.

Mr. Michel is a naval architect and marine engineer. Mr. Michel spent over 30 years in the design, construction and installation of mobile offshore drilling and production platforms in locations all over the world. He has engineered, constructed, led cost management and project management of ship-shaped, jack up, semisubmersible and SPAR/Deep Draft floaters.

Mr. Mileo is an accomplished Project and Facilities Engineering Professional with over 42 years of experience in the evaluation, planning, engineering, construction, and project management of upstream oil and gas developments world-wide. Mr. Mileo was responsible for developing and bringing online the Frade Project, which was the first IOC lead development project in the Campos Basin, offshore Brazil.
